Go BackLoch Ness - Wednesday 4th April
A day of rest for most of us. We had a fairly late start of 8 o’clock and booked ourselves on a tour of Loch Ness by boat. Before the boat trip we decided to go and visit the Loch Ness tourist centre where we watched a movie about all of Nessie’s “sightings”.

We had lunch under a nice wee bridge and then dropped our bags at the hostel before the boat trip. We were picked up by the captain of the boat we were about to sail on. He had lots of stories to tell and amused all of us with facts and trivia about the Loch. The boat passed by Urquhart Castle and we were amused by the ducks that seemed to follow the boat.

We quizzed the boat driver about the length, depth and width of Loch Ness for one of our tasks. We had chicken pasta and rice with curry for dinner before a relatively early night for most of us.
