Chief Scout Awards Presented
The Chief Scout Platinum was awarded to Logan Shearer, Rachel Ewan & Beth MacPherson on Friday 31st August 2012.

The presentation of the certificates was made during an Explorer Scout Meeting; however the badges will not be presented until the Explorer Scout Unit Annual General Meeting in November.

The Chief Scout Platinum was awarded to Kerri Sutherland & Andrew Beech on Saturday 28th July 2012 during a BBQ event organised to celebrate the home hospitality being offered by our Explorer Scouts to Scout from Japan after the 33rd Blair Atholl Jamborette.

Grant Success
Woodside Explorer Scout Unit have been successful in securing a grant of £1,500 from the Cashback for Communities Small Grants Scheme to help us increase the provision of backwoods activities in our programme.....more

Our New Name
In recognition that our unit is now made up of Explorer Scouts from 13th Fife and 41st Fife, we have decided on a new name that encompasses us both!

The Blair Atholl Jamborette is Scottish Scouting`s premier international event.

It brings together over 1,000 Scouts, Explorers and Leaders from all over the world for a 10 day camp in a picturesque corner of highland Perthshire.....more

Conservation Work
